My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those Oak floors look like they have a graywash stain.

    Sorry for the delayed response. It's a custom blend selected by the owner made by Rubio Monocoat on 5" oak. It is a graywash.

    not sure on the color combo. this particular client provided us with his own proprietary blend. I'll ask though. If you're right on the combo I will be VERY impressed ;)
