My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I was wondering if I could get a quote on the sectionals as well as, if you could tell me where I can purchase the two small benches & the stand (not sure what it is called) on the side of the sectional.

    Whats great about those sectionals is that they allow entry into the living area. In a confined space, as is mine, I must walk around to get to the sitting area. With the split sectional they also allow for better placement of lighting.
