Small tomatoes

I have a greenhouse located in Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania,EastAfrica. The temp is 30degrees Celicius. Was advised by experts on th seeds and fertilizers. The seeds took so long to showup the stem over 4wks. Week 8 tomatoes are turning red, but the size is too small. What should I do to make them bigger.. For the ones that aint yet ripe..!?
