The rhizome was literally 8 inches long, about 3 inches thick. It had a dried leaf on it. I cut the rhizome in two and now 6 months later have 2 healthy plants in 12 inch pots. Top leaf is 7-8 inches already. Needless to say, I believe this will be a big plant but would love to know more about what to expect, where to plant, etc....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
