As long as the stuffing is polyfil you'll be fine with regular washing and drying. I had a beautiful spread from Anthropologie years ago that I didn't realize had 100% cotton batting and one wash and it was trashed. :(

I bought one from Kohls and after one washing, most of the stuffing ended up in the corners. Can't recall the brand but it wasn't an inexpensive one. I'm still debating the design of it but may take a chance. Thanks.

Mboston, if you do get it, wash it on gentle in a machine without an agitator, such as the new HE machines.

My Bravos doesn't have an agitator. Thanks.
