Why the chandelier? It isn't centered. And, what is the blue cone?

HI -- It looks like the table and chairs you have do not fit the space . Maybe a small round or oval table with a bench and a couple of chairs might work better . And find another light fixture . Either another hanging chandelier on a chain so you can center it more over the table or just a pot light so you don't need to worry about centering the light . A hanging fixture should be 5 feet from floor to bottom of fixture .
