Lighting opinions?

Looking for a semi flush mount light for my entry hall. Will be painting it soon. Looking for something pretty and unique. Opinions? Excuse the Xmas decorations. The bench will probably be replaced by another piece like a painted dresser with artwork above. Thanks!!!
