My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for greenhouse plans.

After ten years of frustration with my 10x12 harbor freight greenhouse, I've decided to build a wood framed glass house. The HFGH has served me fine but I'm tired of plastic panels and UV breakdown. I had a glass house in Alaska for over 20 years and it held up perfectly. Does anyone have suggestions for plans? I don't mind paying for the plans either but I want something similar in size to the Harbor Freight with no fancy curves and details but would like a few opener vents. I know I could build my own, but the challenges I face are securing the glass to the frame and mold prevention. Both of which I'm ignorant of so plans would be helpful. Any suggestions would be appreciated. - Tom
