I would pull the navy and light blue from your pillow in the leather chair, as well as bright pops of yellow from your flowers. Artwork is a great idea, a bright vase or bowl in one of those colors on your counter to hold veggies or fruits, or even a kitchen or dining room rug that brings in lots of color.

I love your small pendant 'orbs' too much to suggest changing out, but if you decide to do so like others have suggested, those would be another place to add color.

These rooms look sterile with all the leather, dark cabinetry and the color of walls. You need some warmth in the room. Can you replace the barstools? If so, how about a bold color in orange. If you don't want to go that bold, how about a soft beige studded barstool? I would do large modern/contemporary pictures (Picasso?) (with yellow's, oranges, beiges in it) on both sides of hutch next to dinette. Or instead of a picture on the right side of hutch, a large wood or silver framed floor mirror to right of that hutch. Invest in a large silk flower arrangement with these same colors (beige, yellow, orange) to put on top of kitchen counter. Place a large bowl of fruit on the kitchen counter where the bar stools are on the corner with oranges, green apples, etc in it. Haw about lime green as an accent color?!

Possibilities are endless. I would start with art for the dining area and work from there.
