Not sure if you are still looking for a medicine cabinet, but if so, I just installed the Sofia that I purchased from my local plumbing supply store. It was more than 2x price of Kohler, but I would say it was well worth it. It's really beautiful and I would highly recommend it. It fits a lot more than my old one with the sliding doors and there are mirrors on front and back of doors and inside. The shelves do not have pegs so there are infinite settings.

I'm also very interested in the Sofia. Would you know where the magnifying mirror (accessory) is attached. That one feature is keeping me with the Verdera since the additional mirror seems just what my hubby would like for shaving. He's being a very good sport about the entire bathroom renovation, essentially letting me run the whole show and getting whatever I want, so i'd like to get this for him.

We ended up going with Bertch but I did talk to someone at Sofia and they were very nice and helpful. DH wanted a framed cabinet and none of their frames worked. They gave me the info to add my own and would have supplied the hardware for that. Anyway we finally had the Bertch cabinet installed this past week. So far we are very happy with the cabinet. They had many wood choices and finish colors.

Thanks for posting though. I'm sure this info will be helpful to others in the future. It seems like there is always someone looking for good quality med cabinets and Sofia has many options with sizes and frames along with mounting style.

I purchased 4
medicine cabinets from Sofia and just over a year later the silver on the back of
the mirror had come off at the bottom of 1 of them and I'm beginning to see
evidence of the same on another. The cleaning instructions that were provided
specified to NOT use cleaner that contains ammonia and/or vinegar. I followed
that and have used only glass cleaner that does not contain either of those
ingredients. Note that the cleaning instructions do not indicate that glass
cleaner without ammonia and/or vinegar should not be used. I contacted Sofia
and was instructed to send photos. I explained also that I used only cleaners
without vinegar or ammonia. The response was that there is a 1 year warrantee
and since the cabinet is older than 1 year they could only sell me a
replacement door. In my opinion mirrors should last longer than 14 months. We
don't know what has caused the silver to come off but it seems that there might have been a
manufacturing defect OR these mirrors are so sensitive as to not be practical
for use on a medicine cabinet door which is opened and closed (i.e. handled)
daily.

Same exact problem with mine!!!

I've had the same issue. Had to replace the door 1 month after purchase due to silver coming off along the bottom of the mirror. No so-called chemical cleaner was used at all on this cabinet. 1 year later and this replacement door has the same recurring issue - though only limited to the outside door. I am currently in communication with the company. Just an FYI to KimLou555 that the warranty is actually 5 years.

I purchased one of their LED medicine cabinets from Ferguson in New jersey a few months back and continue to be impressed with the quality. Standing it up next to the Robern cabinet, its less than half the price and I prefer their shelving system as it does not have any holes on the inside walls. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

George was very helpful in assisting me and my contractor in adjusting some of my doors that were not closing properly. He talked us through the process that quite frankly took away some of my stress from what has already been a tedious bathroom renovation. Many thanks!!!

I had never heard of the Sofia brand prior to my contractor's recommendation however we ultimately decided to use the manufacturer for several custom cabinets in our summer home and could not be happier with the quality.
