The weirdest thing happened. Yesterday there wasn't an ant in sight. This morning, when I opened my front door, there are ant nests all along the house wall. Eggs and all! Any idea what would cause this? And what is the best way to get rid of them?

I checked, its only along the wall of the house. Could not find any in the rest of the yard.

We are currently experiencing a severe draught but have had some 5 minute showers the last two days. Could the weather be the reason?
