In general, you should expand your plantings beyond veggies. Several small plants you can plant among, or around, the veggies include alyssum, oregano, and cilantro. Many more choices available. That said,

I keep bees close to my garden which is mixed with vegetables, fruit trees, herbs, and flowers. The bees LOVE and forage for hours on the following: borage, salvia, poppies, and the teucrium that borders some of the beds. I have not found them crazy about any vegetable in particular.
