Was anything done to the color of the floor? How was it treated?

We've just had our concrete floors polished for our new build and they look almost identical to this photo. We did not use any dye or coloured overlay - the concrete was ground to a smooth finish, a densifying agent was applied prior to polishing to the level of shine we wanted (which looks the same as in this photo) and then a sealer was applied.
