My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi - thanks so much for the question. We picked up this poster (unframed) from a vendor in Santa Barbara many years ago - I wish I could remember his name! But if you Google large vintage ad posters, you'll surely find some good examples. There are many out there! Good luck -
