Small Island - Where can I purchase it?

Looking for a small island for a narrow 12' wide kitchen. Is this built-in? Where was it purchased?

    It was built from a standard 24" deep IKEA base cabinet, using separately ordered IKEA doors as side and back panels. The 2 legs are stair newel posts with the ball cut off the top, available from Home Depot, etc. The legs need to be fastened to the floor somehow (we use pocket screws) and the top was all held together with a piece of ¾" plywood, all ready for the granite guys to install on top.
