My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those Oak floors look like they have a Provincial stain applied but I cant say for sure.

    Thanks for such a great question! Unfortunately, we do not have the stain color or brand as it was a custom stain mixed on-site. We would recommend contacting the builder, Refined LLC, for more information.
