Yes, it' the Kohler Memoirs pedestal sink. No, these are Cararra tiles. the look could be achieved by using ceramic however, but scale was important in this bathroom because it's very small.

Ok, great. I'm hesitant to pick out what size tile for that very reason. Lastly, (I promise), do you remember the brand/model of the lighting and faucet fixtures?
