Well - I am guestimating here because my conditions are very different from yours but maybe you could start giving it light and moisture a few weeks before your last frost is likely. As long as it doesn't cook in a Southern window. Cut it right back if you haven't already done so and consider repotting or at least topping it off with some fresh medium.
