I just bought an adenium last week. It seemed older than the seedlings next to it. I'm not sure how old it is, but it's 7-8" tall. It only has one branch and it's pretty skinny. The caudex looked pretty wide to me its roots filled up most of the pot it was in when I bought it. It only has 2 leaves on the branch isn't showing that much new growth. I repotted it in a bigger pot. I think it might of been too big but it was the only option. I raised the caudex up a bit. Although I didn't cut off the little roots since I don't know how.
