My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is hard maple flooring with a bleach finish and 3 coats of glossy and a final coat of matte water-based polyurethane. The bleaching needs to be tested on samples before installation since all woods vary in how they will bleach, the strength of the bleach solution and the time left on the wood. .
