Good Red Heirloom Beefsteak for Market?

My son has grown a lot of tomatoes the last 2 years to sell at several different area farmers markets. He's done very well with mostly pink and purple heirloom varieties, but there are always a good number of people who have to be talked into buying a pink or purple because they're so programmed to think that tomatoes have to be RED. We did grow a red heirloom beefsteak last year, Milka's Red Bulgarian, but didn't care for it.

Can anyone recommend a surefire good quality RED heirloom beefsteak for us to try out for market? Something that is pretty prolific, preferably?

Thanks!
