There used to be a FB group that had tried to get going many years ago. Not sure if it went anywhere?

There are many FB groups that are in have the English language used and others (usually translatable) for Adeniums. Some for a mix of Genus.

Not necessarily based or limited to those inside the U.S.

Most people use blogs instead of Facebook to communicate information about adeniums, answer questions and so forth. Thailand and India growers tend to use Facebook as a selling tool (list the products/flower types, etc) more than we do in America. The problem with Facebook is its harder to control privacy so people who do not want to share most their Facebook stuff (family images, address, phones, etc) which shows on Facebook tend to shy away from joining a group where the members people have access. With blogs is is easier to control access to peoples personal info.
