Backsplash ideas?

Selling our house soon. Thinking about putting a backsplash above the sink (very small section of wall). With the brick, wood, and granite, worried about it looking "too busy," so perhaps stainless steel tiles or something simple. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I don't think I would put any more dollars into back splash. I would think the purchaser of your home would remove that cabinet over the island and open up the kitchen. So that would mess up any back splash.
