WOOO! Germination! Now... when to feed?

It's my first time growing from seed this year and I got my first sprouts from my eggplant seeds (the only one's I've done so far this early in the season). They aren't QUITE up enough to move to the light yet, but I was just so excited they began to sprout.

My question is... once I get the starts in to their cups and under the grow light, when do I start feeding them and with what? I was planning on putting them in straight aged compost in solo cups for round 1 of growing under the light. I also have fish emulsion and an organic grain fertilizer for tomatoes and nightshades. Should I wait until the first true leaves or even later?
