Hello!

I just bought this condo and as much as I loved the open floor plan, I am having a really hard time determining the best way to furnish it. If I get a sectional , then any other seating seems like it would be floating between the living room and kitchen. I do want there to be additional seating for when I have company over, but a very comfy but nice couch/sectional is important for TV/movie viewing!

I would SO appreciate furniture layout options so I can better assess the best use of the space. Also, do I want to keep it wide open between the living room and the kitchen, or is there a way to make the living room its own space?
