My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I'm not surprised. A great read: The Secret Life of Plants. It talks about experiments in the 70's that proved that plants "feel" pain, that they can react to their surroundings, show disdain for people they don't like, thrive on positive vibes, react to negative vibes. It's why I talk to my plants all the time and tell them how beautiful they are. I used to "try too hard" with failing plants, and I learned that if I just stay away from them, sometimes they come back. I think even though I was trying to help them recover, they could "sense" my disappointment and irritation with their lack of progress. And that's my silly opinion! LOL!
