My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi shoulderdoc, the flooring is by a company called Dinisen, this is the
    Douglas fir version, see link here - http://dinesen.com/product/dinesen-douglas/.

    Very nice floors. Do you still use a lot of Dinisen fir in your work? What did you use to create/fill the wide space between floor boards?
