Looking for direction as to whether or not we should paint or stain the island here. We replaced all of the cabinets in the kitchen but are looking to keep the island. We are adding granite to the island and kitchen overall, white Alaskan granite. . Please advise as to whether a professional should stain or paint the island as it has been previously stained and the wood grain is present. The flooring will be restrained the last sample on the right. Thank you all in advance.
