Choose: Stickley or Smith Brothers Sofa

Stickley: 8 way hand tied, handknotted springs in the foundation, the seat cushions, and on the back in addition to sinuous springs on the back. Hardwood frame, blocked/screwed/dowled joints.

Smith: Springs in the foundation held by metal clips, sinuous springs on the back. Hardwood frame, blocked/screwed, dowled joints.

The kicker: The Stickley is $4k. The Smith is $2k. Is it worth twice the money to buy the Stickley or would you recommend the Smith?
