Hi there! The rug is one I designed and can be found on our shop site: http://kdspain.com/wool/tufted-florette It is made from 100% New Zealand wool and will be shipping in October. Samples are available to order now. Thanks so much for asking! Best, Kate

    Kate,
I absolutely am obsessed with this rug! Love the colors and pattern, and have been wanting to purchase it for my entry, but I am allergic to wool.

Is there any hope, that it can be made in a washable, easy to care for, blended material and soon?

    Warm Regards,
    Joy

    Hi Joy,

Thanks so much for your kind words!

Your timing couldn't be better! In about two weeks, we will have two versions of this rug made in a soft, cut-and-loop polypropylene construction. Unfortunately, we couldn't match the colors of the ones in our original wool rug, so we are offering two beautiful options, Nantucket red and a vintage turquoise. Both can be found here amongst the other rugs we will have in stock: https://kdspain.com/indooroutdoor

I hope there's something there that appeals to your good taste ;)

    Kind regards,

    Kate

Thanks so much Kate for answering my question and using a different, easy to care for material in your new rugs!
I already have that specific blue and grey in my house, that is similar to your beautifully designed rug. I really love the pop of orange but yellow will work also.
Are your new rugs a different pattern as well?
I can’t wait to see them....

You're very welcome, Joy! To your question about rug patterns, actually all the rug designs on this page are made of synthetic polypropylene: https://kdspain.com/indooroutdoor Please let me know if I can help answer any other questions. Thanks again! Kind regards, Kate
