Well, based on what you have said, the seed has germinated, you so you need to change lights.

I'm glad you were able to get some to germinate. I heard they may take months to do that, and may even need to have been refrigerated for a few weeks. But if you have VFT seeds and seedlings, that's great news!

You don't need "special" lights. Regular CFL or florescent will do just fine.
