Can you tell me where I can purchase the light above the pool table for the Paw Paw Point game room?

We're fairly sure this fixture is the Ironware International #8124 “Ravenna” 4-light fixture, but w’re not absolutely certain of the finish that was selected.
Approximate measurements are 60”w 18”d x 10”h.
