Which nightstand do I go with?

I purchased this dresser and want 2 nightstands to go with it? I didn't want to buy the matching nightstand because I feel it is too matchy matchy. Any thoughts on which nightstand would go?

I like the top one, it echoes the colour blocking but it's just different enough. Love the dresser -- and that deep drawer is going to be useful.

Since the night stands are going next to the bed, it would help to see the bed.

The middle one is least matchy matchy, with the 1st being 2nd. The 3rd is a dead ringer.

I think the all wood one would look the best...it coordinates without being matchy. If at some point you change things up you can paint or stain it. But Steph is right it should look good with the bed too. Enjoy your new furniture...it's my most favorite thing to buy. :)

Thank you. We were actually thinking about doing a bed with a white headboard. Like this one. Haven't purchased one yet, but any suggestions would be great.

I like the first nightstand also.

To me the middle one doesn't belong in the same space as your dresser; it has a different aesthetic. The first one comes somewhere between the two. Have you considered looking for sidetables in charcoal?

    I hadn't considered charcoal, but that's a good idea?

I would say the first one also. It would look right with the dresser and the bed.

I think charcoal might be a good idea -- other opinions? I think it's what I would do (if I could find the right piece, or the right piece to paint).

Thanks everyone. What are your thoughts on the nightstand if I go with this bed? I like the idea of this nightstand as well to go with the dresser.

Love the round one. But size wise does it work in your space?

That bed most definitely goes with the dresser now. The round nightstand is fabulous with that dresser and bed, but you need to know which size/height to get. I suggest waiting for the bed, placing your mattress on it and seeing what height/size night stand works best.

If this is for a full size bed, I would say stick with the small version of the round, otherwise you need to think about room dimensions and height of mattress in that particular bed. I know it sucks not getting everything now, but it beats getting the wrong item for your needs/space.

the last because it has a pull out that is so handy. don't think you can go wrong.

With the second bed, I agree that a smaller nightstand would be more in tune with it. But that round one would be utterly impractical, at least as lamp holder, kleenex box holder, charging station for iPad, watch and phone, all while needing drawer space enough for various and sundry reading materials. Such is MY use of a nightstand.

If you use nightstands differently than I do, that round one is lovely. If my use of a nightstand sounds familiar, then the same feel as the round one--a neutral gray, simple legs, but more surface area and storage room is in order.

That said, neither bed seems to be a fit with the dresser. The one too formal, the other a bit too pristine for the mix and match of the dresser. If you can find one in a wood that matches one of the woods for the dresser, maintaining the simplicity of line, that seems to me to be something that would work.

The Round nightstand comes in two sizes. The one pictured is the small version. I don't think it would be a problem to mix the marble round nightstand with the lacquer/reclaimed dresser. I have a reclaimed brown bed with brass/glass nightstands. I do think the 2nd bed goes better with the dresser than it does with the round nightstand and the black metal work nightstand might be a better fit.

My sheets are not usually grey, but you get the idea.

I'd go with the first nightstand...the white frame coordinates with the dresser.

I like the white and wood with the dresser. The other one is too matchy matchy.

the first nightstand, definitely - awesome set!

    The round one.

The base of the dresser is white so using the 3rd one thar has the white base and one of the wood tones in both pieces would be my choice. Good luck! Beautiful pieces!

    Oops! meant the first one.

I like the charcoal metal one as it adds contrast with the bed and dresser not only because of the color but because of the metal.

I like your combo of the white bed and round night table, how about a small dresser on the other side of the bed to hold all your stuff
