is this design for sale?

Hello,
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this design. I live in CT and I want to finish my basement and add this lovely playhouse to the design. I was wondering if the tree branches are painted on or is this a wallpaper and if so where can I buy it? Where can I purchase the sun? is the design for the door and window, etc for sale?

    The playhouse was originally a closet under the stairs. The tree branches were hand painted on the wall. The sun is a ceiling light purchased from IKEA. There are photos showing the construction. I did the design freehand, the concept was based on a quirky treehouse idea. I hope this helped you.
