My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The rug was borrowed from an oriental rug dealer. If you took this picture to someone who dealt with imported 'oriental' carpets they would recognize the style and its provenance.

      This room was done in an old mansion that is part of a preservation district here in Rochester. The owners allowed us to us it for a Designer Showhouse one year. the Chandelier was already in the room and I decided to keep it there. All I added was the shades. I am sure you can find a similar chandelier in any good lighting showroom
