My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi - We were on your site looking for the floorpan of this beauty, but can't find it. We are looking to build on our MI lot and wonder if you could kindly provide it.

    Hello, thank you for your comment. The floor plan for this home is not available
    to post on Houzz. In general it is a 3500 sq.ft. 1st
    floor master suite (photo left). Two story central foyer and center great room
    facing back. Front study and dining flanking front door/foyer. The gourmet kitchen is across the back right facing back yard and the large laundry/mud room is (photo right) between 3-car garage and house.

    We are available to provide custom design build service.
