Some PROfessionals are no longer answering questions because people keep asking the same question, instead of going through the pictures and finding out if the question they have, has been answered already.

Here you go. I just found an answer to your question. Another reader saw the same pendants on another picture of the same project and ask where can the pendants be bought. The designer of the project said her client found these on 1stdibs. They are vintage fixtures from Belgium and unfortunately they will never be available again.
