My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Aristolochia elegans

Have a bumper crop of seeds from last season. Looking to trade for something unique, exotic, different, interesting ... I've done all the standard stuff ... annuals, perennials, herbs, or vegetables. This plant was grown from seed from a GardenWeb trade and brought indoors in winter; it likes the humidity in the bathroom! What do you have?
