My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the railing. Can you please provide materials, paint/stains used and dimensions? What is typical maintenance? Thanks!

    Thank you! The wood portions are 4x4 Clear Wester Red Cedar stained in Cabot's Solid Color Stain "Ochre". The horizontal rails are powder coated 1x2 inch steel tube inset into the wood posts with the use of a CNC machine. The powder coating color is Prismatic Powder's "Metallic Beige". Hope that helps!
