I suspect you want the ORB to tie in with your other hardware. But the one or two handle is a decision based both on preference and style of the room. I may very well be wrong, but the two handle faucets I have seen tend to look more old fashioned, more appropriate in a historic or period kitchen. Is that what you have? Can you post pictures of what you are considering?

I do not have a historic or period kitchen. I don't have anything to post because I have looked at so many. I saw one with two handles in Home Depot that was oil rubbed and had a country look which I like. Will the oil rubbed looked okay with the color of my sink?

How long is the pipe run from your water heater? If it is long and it takes two minutes to get hot water each time, I can tell you that two handles is a huge pain. First you wait for the water to get warm with the hot tap open at full blast, then you crank the hot down and the add some cold to balance that. If you have a super short pipe run from the heater, then go with whichever one looks better to you.
