In my experience, the pedestal and basin have to be matched to each other. You can't mix and match.

But you can certainly bring measurements into a bath and plumbing store and see what they can offer.

I would imagine they come as a set regardless.

They sometimes come as a set and sometimes are purchased together but separately. I agree with auntthelma that you might as well give it a shot, but it's unlikely to work out perfectly.

Your current sink appears to be in good shape, so you can probably sell it on Craig's List, etc., and that might go better if you sell the set, making it easier to buy a set as well.

I would take and sell that and get an actual vanity
