I love my old 14-year-old Thermador electric oven; easy to program, use, etc. Self clean was good until recently; now I think age is making super high temps shut off. (Good thing it's not dirty.) So I am looking to replace my old Dacor gas cooktop (with 5 burners) as well as the Thermador electric wall oven. I may shuffle brands and get the new Thermador 5-burner as nnigrt has above (or a Wolf equivalent) and a Bosch Benchmark wall oven. I am enchanted with the side-opening oven door of the latter - what a no-brainer!

bailey510 Beautiful kitchen! After 5 years how are the Thermador appliances holding up? We are looking at using all Thermador appliances in our remodel. Thanks.

Thank you, we just sold the house a couple of months ago. All of the appliances were great, no major issues on any of the appliances. Just mainly changing the filters as regular maintenance. We had to have service for our ice maker once after a power outage. The repair guy just came out and did something with the control panel. We are planning a kitchen remodel in our new house now and I am considering Thermador again.

I ordered an entire suite of thermador masterpiece appliances in late Feb - March of ’21. My steam oven combo showed up. Nothing else. salesman is pretty sure they will show up by the time my home is done in mid Dec. They are beautiful, order ASAP. Truly, Good luck
