You may have to get creative and search for sxs living/dining room combos and photoshop a fireplace in between. Not sure how well this would work but worth a try.

Just a rough example, you could remove the drapes and add the type of fireplace you're looking for in between the doors.

Sorry, have no clue re: photoshop. Maybe if you start another thread requesting photoshop help, someone will kindly chime in.
