Is it durable? Is it easy? What's the best way to make the cement floor?

Cement is very durable if done properly. This floor is an overlay meaning that a new layer was poured on top of the existing. Spending extra money for a durable finish would be a good investment. Fairly easy to pour and trowel out if you practice on something else beforehand. I highly recommend a bonding agent on the substrate if you pour a new layer. Not only will this improve the bond of the layers, it will help seal the substrate to prevent it from absorbing the moisture out of the concrete you're working and add to the concrete's working time. Remember that it is a porous material. It will stain and react to acids if not cared for properly. Overall it holds up as well as most types of flooring. It's been used on numerous projects I've been involved in and I haven't seen any complaints.
