I haven't yet, but after extensive research I would really like to start applying some this season. It promotes tillering and horizontal growth, as opposed to vertical growth so you don't have to mow as often during the spring flush, the lawn will be denser, and it also darkens the grass a shade darker. I also plan on mixing iron with it to darken the lawn even further. Usually in the spring, iron sprays will be short-lived since the grass would quickly grow out of it. But that's not the case when mixed with primo.

I shopped around and can get a quart online that would last me a little over a year. However, I also have a supplier nearby that I could purchase a gallon from for a really great price. The only problem is I only have 3k sqft of lawn and I would end up wasting half of a gallon since its shelf-life is 3 years.

The price of the gallon is that good that it almost comes out equal for me over the span of 3 years, but I'd rather split the gallon in half with someone else as opposed to having it go to waste. PM me if you're interested and we can discuss more.

How do you send a PM on this site? I'd be interested in splitting a gallon. I was actually going to get a gallon of T-NEX® 1 AQ which is the same thing but half the price. Have you had any issues with staining cement when spraying iron?

I do have a cement driveway and sidewalk so I was pretty careful and tried to avoid spraying them. I do feel that there were was a pass or two where I definitely hit the cement my very first time, but I don't see any staining at all. You could also try spray the borders first to minimize your chance of overspraying.
