I recently had gunite pored for my pool which is suppose to have a beach entry and ramp for wheelchair entry. The ramp is built at 2 inch per ft. slope even though ADA is 1 inch per ft. Ramp part and slope is good but beach entry and beginning of slop is not. There is no beach entry but only a platform and the beginning of the slope is about a 7 inch slope for the first 2 feet. My question is can 4 inches of gunite platform be grind down to a beach entry.? The platform is 6x5 feet. PLEASE HELP.
