They should start bud formation within the next month and bloom by late March/early April, depending on whether we have a cold spell. Cold will slow down the bloom. Pruning time in the low desert is late December thru mid-February with leaf-set within 6 weeks and bud set within 8 weeks. Both Berridge and EB Stone are organic mixes which take longer to break down than chemical mixes like Miracle Grow or Organo. The organic mixes are commonly used now and the chemical mixes used when buds are forming. To me, your roses are on schedule and I'm only guessing that you live in the low desert and are asking about modern roses; not OGR's in the higher elevations.
