Help! Early sprouting emergency!

Snow just melted in my back yard. I was outside cleaning up and I noticed that a tray of WSed cauliflower is already sprouting.

I keep my house temp at 60; the kitchen, a converted back porch is usually about 40-50F. I do have one of those plastic greenhouse thingies outside against the south wall of the house.

I know cauliflower can take some freeze, but how low? I can move the flat indoors, but I fear for the effect of a sudden change in temp. I could take off the container cover and hope the tiny seedlings don't freeze. I thought about taking off the container cover and placing the container inside the plastic greenhouse thingie. The front plastic cover is mostly torn so the flat would be protected from wind and exceptionally low temps, but the temp of the greenhouse interior would likely be no more than 10 degrees higher than the ambient outside. Where I live winter weather is by no means finished.
