This is our next door neighbor but we are going to have almost the identical space on our property by the creek, including a giant tree.

What kinds of things would you do with this space? Fire pit? Tire swing? What would you put on the ground - flagstone, decomposed granite, or?

Finally, would love to hear any pro's thoughts on cost for something like this. I have one bid and more coming, but I'd like to check it against the general consensus here to make sure it's not out of line.
