Maternity patterns and twins

The daughter of a friend is expecting twins mid-Fall. She wants some cute, cool maternity sundresses for the summer. I'm helping her a little bit. We've found some cute summery cotton prints, but we are having the devil of a time finding patterns to sew them by.

I grew up sewing. Our small town had a fabric store with a selection of patterns. The one and only fabric store in the rural town I now live in shut its doors about 3 years ago. I've looked online but the McCall's/Butterick/Vogue website is horrible to try to navigate.

Any suggestions where to look?

Also, any suggestions on altering the patterns to adjust for twins? I've read that the average recommended weight gain for single birth is 25-30 pounds while the average recommended weigh gain for twins is 30-50 pounds. I'm assuming most patterns will be designed to accommodate 25-30 pounds. Should we try to add extra fullness to accommodate the 30-50 pound possibility?

P.S. No body-con clothes for this little momma-to-be.
